Our website uses cookies.

Server logs

• Using the site involves sending requests to the server where the site is stored. Every request directed to the server is recorded in the server logs.

• Logs include, among others, your IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system you are using.

• Logs are saved and stored on the server. Data recorded in server logs are not associated with specific persons using the site and are not used by us for your identification.

• Server logs serve solely as auxiliary material for site administration, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the server.  

Google Analytics

• We use Google Analytics, a tool provided by Google LLC based in the USA.  

• The purpose is to create statistics and analyze them to optimize our websites.  

• Collected data are not personal data and do not allow your identification. Information we have access to through Google Analytics includes, in particular: information about the operating system and web browser you use, subpages you view within our service, time spent on our service and its subpages, source from which you access our service.

• Within Google Analytics, we use Advertising Features such as demographic and interests reports, age range you fall into, gender, approximate location, interests determined based on online activity.

• To use Google Analytics, we have implemented a special Google Analytics tracking code in our site's code. The tracking code uses Google LLC cookies related to the Google Analytics service.

Google Ads

• We use the Google Ads advertising program operated by Google LLC.

• The purpose is to run advertising campaigns, including remarketing ones, and the legal basis is our legitimate interest consisting in marketing our own products or services.

• Collected data are not personal data and do not allow your identification.

• During visits to our website, a Google remarketing cookie is automatically left on your device, which, with the help of a pseudonymous identifier (ID) and based on the pages you visit, enables displaying interest-based ads.

• Further processing of information occurs only if you have consented to Google linking your browsing history and app usage with your account and using information from your Google account to personalize ads displayed on websites.

• If you are logged in during a visit to our website in the Google service, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for remarketing purposes across different devices. For this purpose, Google temporarily combines collected information with Google Analytics data to create target groups.

• To use Google Ads, we have implemented a special Google Ads conversion pixel in our site's code. The pixel uses Google LLC cookies related to the Google Ads service. Facebook Ads i Insights

• We use marketing and analytics tools available within the Facebook service (Meta Platforms Inc., based in the USA).

• The purpose is marketing our own products or services as well as analysis and statistics.

• Within our site, we have implemented the Facebook Pixel, which automatically collects information about your use of our site regarding the pages viewed, for the purpose of delivering personalized ads based on your behavior on our site.

• Information collected via the Facebook Pixel does not allow your identification. It only enables us to see what actions you took on our site. We can also check your age range, gender, and location from which you connect to the Internet.

Social media tools

• Our website uses social media plugins and other tools provided by social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, GitHub, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Gravatar, YouTube, LastFM and Google Podcasts.

• When displaying our website containing such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the social media service administrators (providers). The plugin content is transmitted by the provider directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, providers receive information that your browser has displayed our site, even if you do not have a profile with that provider or are not logged in at the time. Such information (along with your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the provider's server (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there. If you are logged into one of the social media services, that provider will be able to directly assign the visit to our site to your profile on that social media service.

• You can also completely prevent the loading of plugins on the site by using appropriate extensions for your browser, e.g., script blocking.

• Logging out of a given social media service before visiting our website will prevent the assignment of data collected during the visit to our site directly to your profile on that service.

• If you use a given plugin, e.g., by clicking the "Like" or "Share" button, the relevant information will also be sent directly to the provider's server and stored there.

• The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by providers, as well as your rights in this regard and the possibility of making settings to protect your privacy, are described in the privacy policies of individual providers:

Google Tag Manager

• We use Google Tag Manager provided by Google LLC.

• Google Tag Manager is used to manage website tags (markers) via an interface. With Google Tag Manager, we control the advertising campaigns we run and the way you use our sites.

• Google Tag Manager only implements tags. Its use does not involve storing cookies or collecting personal data. This tool enables other tags to function, which may collect data in certain circumstances. However, Google Tag Manager does not access this data.

• If saving at the domain or cookie level has been disabled, this will apply to all tracking tags implemented via Google Tag Manager.

• We carry out these activities based on our legitimate interest in the form of marketing our own products or services and optimizing our websites.

Hotjar

• We use Hotjar provided by Hotjar Limited.

• Hotjar records every visitor to our site and enables replaying a video recording of their movement on our site, as well as generating so-called heatmaps.

• Hotjar does not record the form filling process, so we do not have access to information that allows your identification.

• We carry out these activities based on our legitimate interest consisting in creating statistics and analyzing them to optimize our websites.

Affiliate and partner programs

• We participate in the webePartners affiliate program (webePartners Sp. z o.o. based in Wrocław).

• If you make a purchase after clicking an affiliate link to their site, we will receive a commission. For this commission to be calculated, the affiliate program operator must know that the transaction was made after clicking a link on our site.

• Therefore, for the purposes of the affiliate program, we have implemented a special click monitoring code on our site. Related cookies cannot be disabled as they would prevent us from using the program. If you do not agree to such use of cookies, we must ask you to stop using our sites.

Content from external services

• Our sites embed content from external services, particularly videos from YouTube. 

• Therefore, Google LLC cookies related to the YouTube service are used, including DoubleClick cookies.

• Preventing the assignment of data collected during video playback or viewing other content on our site directly to your profile on that service is possible by logging out of that service before visiting our site, as well as by blocking scripts, for example.

• YouTube-related cookies are loaded only when the video is played, so refraining from watching the video will prevent their loading.

• The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by providers, as well as your other related rights, are described in the privacy policies of individual providers.
